Information we collect

• Information you give us in forms: when you request the online demo, download the Complete edition of our ebook, or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company and job role.
• Information sent automatically: like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools receive technical information such as your approximate country and city (from your IP address), browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you reached our site.
• Downloads: we count downloads of our free templates and ebook (which file, when, and the country), without identifying you.

Free templates and the Starter edition of the ebook can be downloaded without giving any personal information.

How we use your information

• To provide what you asked for: access to the online demo, the ebook download, or a reply to your message.
• To follow up about ADoc Flow, our services or related QA/QC resources, by email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve our content and tools.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we use

We use trusted service providers to run the website. They process information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare – hosting, security, email forwarding and privacy-friendly web analytics.
• Google Analytics – website usage statistics. Google may use cookies for this. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Google Search Console – search performance reports (no personal information about visitors).

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, a sign-in cookie for the website owner's dashboard, and your browser's local storage to remember that you already filled in the demo form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, although the demo may ask for your details again.

The online demo

The ADoc Flow online demo runs inside your browser with sample data. Anything you type into the demo stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

How long we keep information

We keep the details you submit in forms for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up about our products and services, and delete them on request. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to amir@ruzani.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers, and limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our website is intended for construction professionals and students and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
